Our family dental practice actually started in Johnson County, Kansas in 1965 by Dr. Audell "Bill" Billingsley, Dr. Ann Billingsley's father. He is a 1957 graduate of Kansas City Dental College, which later became UMKC School of Dentistry. Dr. Bill Billingsley now operates Mobile Dental Management inc., providing dental treatment for nursing home patients.

Dr. Michael L. Billingsley, Dr. Bill Billingsley's son and Dr. Ann Billingsley's brother, is a 1974 graduate of UMKC School of Dentistry. Dr. Mike Billingsley is an oral surgeon and practices in the Atlanta, GA. area to be close to his grandchildren.

Dr. Ann Billingsley and Dr. Brent von Behrens are 1987 graduates of UMKC School of Dentistry. They met at Avila College while working on undergraduate degrees. On Christmas Eve 1983, in the middle of their first year of dental school, they were married. Six children and five grandchildren later, they are still best friends and practice side by side everyday.

One can see in this brief history that the emphasis has been on FAMILY in the family dental practice.
